REFUND POLICY
At Moonwind Fairy, we pour our heart, time, and energy into every session. To keep the magic flowing smoothly and to respect the schedule we’ve set aside for you, we have established the following policy in accordance with California consumer protection guidelines.
The Tarot Table (Consultations)
Live Sessions: Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your live hang-out, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or "no-shows," are non-refundable as that time was specifically reserved for your energy.
Recorded Video Readings: Once the cards have been pulled and the video has been recorded, the service is considered "delivered." Because this is a custom digital product created specifically for you, no refunds are issued once the video has been sent.
Eternal Rest (Doula & Caregiver Services)
For our deeper journey work, we follow a pro-rated approach to ensure fairness:
Right to Cancel: In alignment with California law, you have the right to cancel a multi-session service agreement.
Refunds for Services Not Yet Rendered: If you decide to end our partnership before all scheduled hours or visits are completed, we will provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your package, minus a small administrative fee to cover the initial planning.
Completed Visits: Any bedside vigil, planning session, or caregiving visit that has already taken place is non-refundable.
The Artisan Realm (Physical Products)
Hand-Crafted Goods: For our Fairy Doors, candles, and charms, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is in its original, unused condition.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged (in which case, we’ll make it right immediately!).
The "KISS" Fine Print
Results & Insight: Tarot and Journey Consulting are subjective experiences. While we offer high-energy guidance and "Crone Wisdom," we do not offer refunds based on a "dislike" of the cards' message or the spiritual insights shared. You are the scribe of your own story!
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
