Every treasure from the Artisan Realm is hand-crafted, infused with intention, and packed with a dash of fairy dust. Because these items are made in the quiet moments of my workshop, I want to make sure you know exactly how they’ll travel from my home to yours.

1. Processing Times (The Magic Takes Time)
   Ready-to-Ship Items: Most treasures (like Magic Dust or Charms) will head your way within 3–5 business days.

Custom Creations: For hand-carved Fairy Doors or custom orders, please allow 7–14 days for me to craft your piece before it ships.

Note: If I’m at a bedside vigil or "Little Miss Thing" is keeping me extra busy, I’ll always send you a whisper to let you know if there's a slight delay!

2. Shipping Rates & Carriers
   We primarily use USPS and UPS to ensure your magic arrives safely.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your treasures and your location.

We currently ship within the United States. (For international magic, please send me an email and we’ll see what we can do!)

3. Tracking Your Treasure
   Once your package is caught in the Moonwind and headed your way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow its journey from my workshop straight to your doorstep.

4. Packaging with Heart
   In our effort to respect the Earth, we use recycled and eco-friendly packaging whenever possible. Your item will be safe, secure, and beautiful, without the "ugly" waste.

5. Damaged or Lost Magic
   I take great care in packing your items, but if the journey was a little too bumpy and your treasure arrives broken, please:

Snap a photo of the damage.

Email me within 48 hours of delivery.

I’ll make it right—whether that’s a repair, a replacement, or a refund.
